At BabyFora, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, product launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
  • Flat shipping charge of ₹49 on orders below ₹499
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charge: ₹49 extra

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery in selected pincodes across India.

Please note:

  • COD orders may require order confirmation via SMS or phone call.
  • If the order is not confirmed, it may be automatically cancelled.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor your order status

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at:

We will coordinate with the courier partner and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly.

BabyFora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Unavailable recipient

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the package and product immediately
  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and images

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • COD orders may be cancelled

Currently, we only ship within India.
